Exchange and returns

You can return or exchange a purchased item within 14 days (not counting the day of purchase) if it does not fit in color, size or style. The buyer pays for delivery when returning an item.

Return conditions

• the item has not been used;
• the tags, presentable condition and packaging are preserved;
• the receipt or order confirmation is preserved.

How to make a return

Write to us at info@pakhtusova.com or in messengers (contacts are on the "Contacts" page). We will tell you where and how to send the parcel: Odesa, 1a Hretska St. (LIBRE LEUR showroom).

Refunds

Refunds are made within 7 days of us receiving the item, minus postal and bank fees.

Defects

If you find a defect, contact us right after receiving your order. We will replace the item free of charge, and in this case we cover the delivery costs.

International orders

The same conditions apply to orders outside Ukraine; the buyer pays for shipping in both directions and for customs fees.
