Delivery within Ukraine
Orders within Ukraine are shipped every day by the carrier Nova Poshta. The delivery cost is set by the carrier according to its tariffs. Delivery of items with a discount of up to -30% is paid by us. Delivery takes 1-4 days depending on the city and the chosen receiving method.
Delivery to other countries
International delivery is carried out by the carriers Ukrposhta (7-21 days) and Nova Poshta (7-10 days) with full prepayment. The delivery cost depends on the destination country, the weight and size of the parcel, and the chosen delivery method. Our manager will contact you to clarify the details.
Important for international orders:
The buyer is responsible for paying any VAT, customs duties and related fees that may apply to their order on delivery. Unfortunately, we do not control these fees and cannot tell you what the costs will be, as customs policies and import duties differ from country to country.
Exchange and returns
You can return or exchange a purchased item within 14 days of purchase if it does not fit in color, size or style. The buyer pays for delivery.
A return can be arranged provided that: the item has not been used, and the receipt and the item's presentable condition are preserved.
Refunds are made to your card within 14 days, minus Nova Poshta and bank fees. If you find a defect, we will replace the item free of charge, and in this case we cover the delivery costs.
