DELIVERY

Delivery in Ukraine is carried out by the transport company Nova Poshta. The cost of delivery is determined by Nova Poshta according to the carrier’s tariffs. Delivery of goods with a discount of up to -30% is carried out at our expense. Delivery time 1-4 days depending on the city and the selected method of receipt.

DELIVERY IN OTHER COUNTRIES

It is carried out by the service “Ukrposhta” on a full prepayment (cost of goods + delivery) within 14-28 days. The shipping cost depends on the country and the size of the package. In order to calculate the cost of delivery, contact the manager in any way convenient for you. After your order has been sent, you will receive a declaration number by which you can track the parcel.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN

You can return or exchange the purchased product if it does not suit you in color, size, style. All shipping costs are at the expense of the buyer.

Return of goods is carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights”. Within 14 days, not counting the day of purchase, you can issue a return of goods, provided:

• the goods were not in operation;
• the check, tags and trade dress are saved;
• it is not included in the list of goods of proper quality, the return of which is limited by the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

Refunds are made to your bank card within 7 days from the date of receipt of the return.

To return or exchange a product, please contact our manager in any way convenient for you to clarify the delivery data.

You can also contact us if you find a defect on the product. We will replace the product with the same one. We pay shipping costs.
